In the past day, I just obtained the plugin experience qualification and then was notified via email that my Plus subscription was forcibly canceled after using it for a while. Upon checking, I found that all my conversation data had been cleared, and then my account was banned and deleted after a while. I had no idea what happened because things happened too quickly. I was still immersed in the joy of using the plugin. I sought help from the official help website, but did not receive any effective assistance. If anyone can tell me what to do, I would be extremely grateful.

Not sure if I got access to any plugins, but my account got similar email and got suspended. I did fail the appeal - no clue how long that will take and what will be result, but that is not a good thing 😦

Latvia. Been using ChatGPT from January and plus since it started
I use VPN in general, and might accidentally refresh chat page to get an error, but last time that happen was few weeks ago, and definitely not today. I did had an issue around a month+ ago when NordVPN updated and nothing was working, and then I found out , I think somewhere here, that it was nordVPN thread protection that got enabled, so I disabled it and all was fine since then
Using VPN with ChatGPT is pointless, as it is not working (hence that accidental few refreshes with error messages)

At least a proper reason would be nice, so far it looks like a random lock.
On a bright side - shows, that depending on ChatGPT is worst possible idea, if you can be kicked at any time with no reason 😦
The same error happened to me, but in my case I received an email that I had contracted the Gpt plus Chat Service. So I checked the email and saw that I had actually contracted the service, but I didn't, someone contracted the service for me and then they canceled the service and my account was blocked.
For me it happened in the middle of the conversation. I was writing prompts and suddenly I got response that my account got locked. I found out email about it being locked and even already got my Plus subscription refund. I also filed claim to unblock it with since so far.
Usually that would not be a big issue - create new account, who knows what bugs OpenAI system might have. But with their security tied to the phone number it is not that easy. It might be good for security reasons, but on false positive (and it looks like at scale) it is a really bad sign for Open AI 😦
Unfortunately with the telephone number system, it limits me a lot to creating a new account, I am from a country in which the use of Gpt chat or their telephone numbers is not available. :(
