Weird, On the page my appeal counts as "resolved", what ever that means, while I cant still log in and I do not see any emails. Did anyone else got reply to suspension email ticket?
But I did begin receiving emails about OpenAI services being inactive
Means it’s was denied probably
Probably part is not reassuring - not good, that what ever OpenAI do with customers is the same black box as how their AI works 😦

That is the issue - I have no clue. I got banned without a word. All I got was "You are receiving this email because we have identified suspicious activity on your account. In order to protect our platform, we have refunded and canceled your subscription."
Also weird, that I have suddenly started to receive OpenAI status emails (thaht stopped after I got banned), but logging in back to account is not working

Open their chat in the official Help Center. Talk to their bot and choose the correct options until you're able to submit a bug report. Explain the situation and they'll answer fairly quickly. Same thing happened to me and just got solved.

They need to add a menu where you can see logged in devices
