Bug Report:
My AWS server cannot access ChatGPT. I am a user in Singapore with a fixed and unchanging IP address 54.215.162.102, and I am currently unable to access ChatGPT.
Steps to reproduce:
Tried to login via URL: http://chat.openai.com/
Expected result:
This is a network that meets OpenAI's regional requirements. My IP address is fixed and unchanging at 54.215.162.102. Please unblock this IP address. I use this server for development and network access.
Actual result:
Sorry, you have been blocked
