#Chat.openai.com UI giving 'Failed to fetch user settings'

Bug report: When accessing chat.openai.com, I was given multiple 'Failed to fetch user settings' messages at the top of the screen (screenshot included).

When I accessed my browser's console, it displayed a lot of 'ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT' messages (screenshot included).

One of the messages point to https://chat.openai.com/backend-api/settings/beta_features which gives me response: {"detail":{"message":"Unauthorized - Access token is missing"}}

I am a fresh ChatGPT Plus user.

I could replicate the problem every time I refreshed chat.openai.com website

The problem has started when I filled and submitted official ChatGPT Plugin form and reloaded the website.

Browser is Chrome.

@novel aspen hey no problem. Wondering if there's a way to earn f.e. a faster gpt4-8k or gpt4-32k API access by reporting these bugs. I know there is a security bug bounty program but these are more general like bugs, I would be keen on contributing more if there's a possibility of that kind of reward.
