Good morning! I have a problem creating a new account. I lost access to the email that I used and am now trying to create a new account with a new address. When I try to verify my email and phone number, either of these messages pop up:

I already created a ticket for this problem but it hasn't been viewed.
We couldn't verify your phone number. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
What can I do? Pls help.
