OS: Windows 10

Notes: It's now been 3 days like this, I disabled my VPN, I cleared the cookies, relogged in, refreshed, started a new conversation, but nothing worked. There is nothing about this in help.openai.com and I got no answer anyway there. Please help me!

Make a video and send . So that we can understand your problem better. As whenever this happen to me. I happens when I change the internet setting. Means I was connected with wifi then I switched to phone internet. So when I switch connection this happens. So, I just refresh the browser, or, open chatgpt in new tab. An dot start working
