Actual result

Every section provides the same answer on this computer, works fine on everything else.
Cleared Cache, rebooted, etc, all the normal suspects.

Worked out the problem. Its NORDVPN web protection. Excluding the domain didn't work, so disabling it entirely fixed the issue. Bug reported to nordvpn. (this impacts you even if your not on vpn).
