Hi, yesterday I purchased ChatGPT Plus in Kazakhstan, it is sure available there, but today it logged me out and I can't log in anymore, as it says "OpenAI services are not available in your country". Even though I logged in with the exact IP address I used when I bought Plus. I've created a ticket, but I vaguely recall that tickets take months to be responded, so what do I do? My money is being wasted right now.

It’s allowed in Kazakhstan

Exactly, but for me it says it's not. Starting from today. Yesterday it was ok.

Just tried on an Android phone, whereas the first time I tried on a computer. It's the same

Getting this on any device whatsoever

#

What's funny is that I can't even cancel the subscription now

#

I really need urgent support, but tickets remain unanswered for months, as I recall from previous experiences.

#

Just to clarify, I'm using exactly the same IP address as I was yesterday when it worked

#

It's static and never changes

#

I have a crappy bank that doesn't allow chargebacks, so I'm screwed, lol

Maybe they just banned openai in your area

#

Kinda sucks

So it appears I will never get my $20 back and will have to reissue my card to prevent further debits, lol

#

I went to the capital of Kazakshtan to open that account once, it's only possible there, while I live on the other side of the country. And the same needs to be done to re-issue.

#

I'll try to bring more attention to this on Reddit, it's unbelievable

#

Oh, it gets auto-removed. Great xD
