I have been experiencing this problem since first signing up in January, reported it several times via the help centre and never received a response. Searching here turned up at least 20 threads with numerous users reporting the same issue. I hate to spawn yet another but maybe if we all report in a single thread OpenAI will take the bug seriously. So 👍 if this problem has affected you!

Me too, this is driving me crazy. On my PCs I use Firefox, Edge or Opera but with all of them this happens all the times, and believe me I've tried any possible fix the web provided me. I can use CHATGPT only on my phone (Opera browser). The "support" is miles away from a real support, just a bunch of FAQs. I don't even know if this place can actually help me as well...

EDIT: I'VE SOLVED DISABLING WEB PROTECTION FROM MY VPN. My VPN was disabled but apparently the protection worked in background even if vpn was disabled. Finally something worked!!! XD
