@edgy belfry how do I contact them through support? I’ve been trying to for the last 2 days…and why can I not use it with a vpn? Its the easiest way to access it in a blocked country.

Because using a VPN to bypass region locks is against the terms of use and will lead to a ban. That's probably why you can't use it anymore.
