One Solution: Same here, and had turned off my VPN client. However, still was experiencing the issue. Finally found that if I turned off the "Web Protection" feature in NordVPN, the problem was immediately resolved. Perhaps you have some form of web protection installed that is causing the issue. Just wanted to share.
