Every time I try to use your service (even if I just type "hello" then it says this, "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.") It happens with all versions (3.5 and 4) I've tried in chrome, edge, brave browsers and it's always the same. I cleared cookies, same. I am paying to use a service that is unusable. I need you to provide a solution to me please. Your "help" page is no help because the bot goes in loops without ever providing a human. I'd like to speak to a person to resolve this issue. Thanks.
