ChatGPT prompt error everytime for Two weeks now.

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with ChatGPT.
Whenever I try to use ChatGPT on Google Chrome, I receive the following error message: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." This occurs immediately after I type in my prompt and click "Send."
I have tried clearing my browser cookies and cache, using a different browser, and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists still even after 2 weeks of trying everything to fix it, I feel the best option from here would to bring your team on and let them know the issue.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.
