Phone number flagged

Had to delete my previous account because it was attached to my work email, deleted the account and tried to recreate using my personal email but now it says “Your account was flagged for potential abuse. If you feel this is an error, please contact us at help.openai.com” after I try to verify my phone number. Any fixes for this?
