"Oops, an error occurred!" does not go away after reloading or deleting the cache.
In addition, another account is working fine.

The difference is that the account with the error has the following characteristics.

  • Paid account
  • Exported history
  • Deleted history
  • Set the history not to be used for learning

Also, this problem seems to occur only when the sidebar is visible.

I would like to have it fixed so that I can use chatgpt as soon as possible.
If repair seems impossible, I would like to cancel my paid account.

#

Thus resizing the browser and displaying the sidebar will result in an error.

Thank you for the report. Can you share what browser version and operating system you are using. I'd like to investigate some more.

Same problem here; previously was working on mobile but not on desktop. Now is not working anywhere.

Just to be sure, here is some additional information.

This problem occurred after operating in the following order

  1. delete history
  2. exporting history
  3. setting the history not to be used for learning

This issue did not occur before the above operations on the same OS and Chrome.

This event continued for about 3 days and was under control for a while, but recurred today.

I did not perform any new operations.

Deleting the cache on the client side has not resolved the issue.
