Every time I asked a question GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 give me this message.

"Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

The solution is on the other thread: Nord VPN disable WebProtection. It worked for me

No it's not your network is the software you use as VPN
