I cannot sign up for either chatGPT Plus or the API. I am in the US and I only have cards issued from the US. My cards work in retail locations, there is sufficient balance, AND they work via stripe on other websites. Just for clarity the main cards I use are Chase Sapphire, Amex Platinum, and a debit card with my bank.

There is something wrong with Stripe + chatGPT integration that is preventing payment authorization. I have tried to pay with three different cards on three different devices on two different networks. I tried to authorize payment on my desktop, my laptop, and my cellphone. None of it works. There is a technical issues that is fully preventing payment authorization that is not on the bank side. This is an issue with Stripe + OpenAI. Has anyone been able to resolve this?

I have the same problem, I'm in the UK with UK bank cards. Every card I try is declined, but all cards works elsewhere. I have also tried with phone and every browser possible.

I'm from Thailand and I can't upgrade to ChatGPT Plus too. All cards are declined. Tried everything possible.
