Hello, I have a problem with chatGPT, I tried to use it but something went wrong with it, I have no respond from chatGPT but only an error message : "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I would buy the acces to chatpGPT 4 but with this problem I don't want to pay and not be able to use it. So if you can help me and show me how to solve this problem, thanks a lot.

I think it's some sort of IP restriction. The phone works fine because it's connected to cellular. When I connect to the same WiFi network, I get the same error on my phone. It's frustrating how vague the error is.
I hope someone figures out some way around this
