'Sorry, you have been blocked' message appeares when I open a ChatGPT page

How I've got this problem:

• I asked chat to provide me some information about financial tools
• Then I asked chat to verify if the link it provided me is working
• After my request I saw an error message in the chat (some API errro)
• When I refreshed the chat page - I've got the message that I have been blocked
  I can't understand why I was blocked.
  Could someone help me with this problem?

Update: 5 minutes ago I was able to open my chat, but when I send a new request - I saw the same message (you have been blocked) again.
