Hello, since 2 days I can't use Chat GPT, I always receive the following error message "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I have logged in and out, I have waited some hours and tried again, nothing helped.

I have a Chat GPT Plus account and want to ask for some help. Thanks.

I have had the same problem for over a week. It is beyond frustrating. I have cleared my cache, signed out, restarted my computer, went to the help bot (which is worthless), and have tried tweeting them. I cannot find anyone to help me.

🚨 If you are getting the "Something went wrong." error: 🚨

  • Disconnect from your VPN (if you are using one) and shutdown/close completely the client. Bring the Task Manager up and kill the process.;
  • Try again with a non Chromium-based browser (i.e. Firefox);
  • Try the method that someone found here in this Discord... "log in to https://platform.openai.com/playground and click the ChatGPT Try it now button"
