#Why is my Plus subscription not appearing?

I did everything what the article says in the support page, but after more than 10 days I´m still paying the account plus and nothing happend. I don´t know why but my PLUS account dissapear from one day to other.

@zinc vapor pls help us. A lot of users with plus account lost the feature a now we are still paying with only the gpt free account.
