Steps to reproduce

Login normally.

Expected result:

Enter the platform.

Actual result:

A message saying I've been blocked (image attached).

Additional information:

I tried to login with chrome and firefox, neither worked.
I use Windows 10.

Nevermind, I just realize I had the VPN connected.
