#Error for Plus Member

I am Plus member but when I am asking ChatGPT any question, it is throwing an error - "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." See pic enclosed.

I am based out of Bangalore, India and using 100MBS speed internet. Not sure what could be the issue. I tried logging out, etc. Not sure what can be done

🚨 If you are getting the "Something went wrong." error:🚨

  • Disconnect from your VPN (if you are using one) and shutdown/close completely the client. Bring the Task Manager up and kill the process.;
  • Try again with a non Chromium-based browser (i.e. Firefox);
  • Try the method that Robert found and shared here... "log in to https://platform.openai.com/playground and click the ChatGPT Try it now button"

I just paid my ChatGPT Plus subscription, but my account somehow lost have access to the Plus features I had before.

I have this issue from days:
Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
I have tried to contact you thorugh help check box, e mail, discord, i did not get any reply.
I am a premium user, i tried to enable/disable vpn, changing broswer, making access from the "try now" button, clearing browser cache, cookies, log in log out. My user is alexander.zeisberg85@gmail.com. What can i do? can someone please help me?

Disable Nord VPN's "Web Protection" feature. that was the problem for me

@silent garden same issue here for more than one week... Nobody from openai help me in support chat. We lost our money.

similar issue here - gpt4 is going very slow and often giving me the error message "we are processing too many requests" -- i thought plus members were not supposed to run into these errors

I'm not getting an error @restive fjord, it just says "Upgrade to Plus" on the bottom-left corner right above my username and not giving me access to the same features even tho i'm using the same browser

@limber onyx is there any chance that you subscribed having logged in with via social Google/Microsoft button and now you are logging in with your email?

@sonic matrix can you temporarily disable your antivirus as well? Make sure you are using Firefox with no extensions.

I just deactivated the nord vpn and it started working

I have same issue with chrome, all I am using is microsoft defender (built in) stopped working last week. Seems to work on firefox.

Its was working on Microsoft edge but now I get only error message all the time. I swapped to Firefox and it works. I've used help chat bot but no reply and I'm still paying for the plus membership. Anyone know a solution foe Edge?

Hi there,

I'm posting everywhere because I'm experiencing an issue with my Plus account subscription. After only one week of use, the subscription disappeared and I can no longer access my Plus account features. However, I'm still being charged for the subscription.

I've tried contacting customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. I'm hoping that by posting in different channels, someone will be able to assist me with this issue.
