I was using the site, and my vpn started dying and spam reconnecting then i got this error. it says "If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us through our help center [Ray ID:7c23e66f6a600e87]" but on the site i couldnt find anything specifically related to unban requests. would be super helpful if my previous conversations were still there. Why should using a VPN to access their website make a difference? Not asking argumentatively, but for real, I don't see the logic in that. They surely have users worldwide, so why would it matter where the browser says you're from?
That makes sense. But in my case, I had already been connected and chatgpt was working normally using my vpn. Nothing changed. My IP hadn't changed, but I was still blocked. So that doesn't really seem like enforcing region restriction bypassing attempts.
Ok, not sure what to interpret that statement as. Regardless, I appreciate you pointing out the solution for us all.

Good point. However, after being blocked for a couple of days, the service allowed me access after I turn off my VPN. I tested it by turning it on and then off again. When it was on, ChatGPT blocked me. When it was off, I was granted access.
