I had issues using my account - login passed successfully but every request would fail and suggested that I check the helpcenter (which didn't help, I tried the chat option over 2 weeks ago and no response).
I decided I'd delete my account and make a new one and not I can't do anything because once I reach the phone number (I use a + email address since without it it also fails to create an account) it fails me saying that that phone number is associated with a deleted account and that I should check out the helpcenter (which has 0 articles on the topic).
So now I'm basically soft-locked out of the system, can someone help with this?
