Work device, Win11. VPN enabled or disabled, no access.
Company wide, our access is now gone. Last successful access on 04/27/2023
I have already spoken to our security team and have confirmed no policies in place to prevent traffic. I have also checked splunk logs revealing no dropped connections for anybody accessing OpenAI sevices. Additionally have tried multiple devices, browsers, VPN toggled, Wifi vs Ethernet vs Guest vs Hidden networks - all same result. This is entirely on a service level on your side.
It seems like @small lagoon is actively blacklisting the IP addresses (or similar credentials) associated with our VPN / Network. I'm not sure how you determine who has access, but there's no reason why you should be blocking enterprise access to a tech company.
"Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com"
- No response from a real person
- No easy way for Enterprise support
- No easy way to talk to an agent
If I'm paying, I expect to be able to use this service on networks that don't explicitly block @small lagoon traffic. Please advise.
