Same problem here- Plus member- also, 4 days in a row, 24/7. Chrome or Edge, same issue. Cleared history/cache, log out/log in, reboot, etc - nothing works and no support. Firefox works - works on phone.

I haven't tried it on phone but Firefox desktop doesn't work either. Also, it's a rule of thumb, so to speak, that the bigger a company gets the less they care about the community, eg.: every game publishers

I've switched to Firefox and it's working again, but @mild sphinx need to get onto this as a priority

I signed up just to have access whenever I need it and the same error as in the free version keeps happening. They have to fix this mistake.
I tried the suggestion of trying in the firefox browser and it worked, there must be some bug in Chrome that the error appears when trying to use it.
FIX WORKED FOR ME: NordVPN was the issue. Just click the "Threat Protection" (Shield) icon in NordVPN and pause "Web Protection"!! If you are running any other antivirus/protection software or browser extensions that affect web traffic it could be worth disabling them just long enough to check.

I believe that OpenAI displays this issue as NordVPN's web protection blocks OpenAI's trackers.~~ I just allowed the two trackers from OpenAI and my ChatGPT works~~
Edit: Ok I re-opened ChatGPT in another window and the error came back so just whitelisting chat.openai.com doesn't resolve the issue :/
