Hi there, I just tried to access ChatGPT and I got the error "Sorry, you have been blocked".

I swear I have not done anything wrong or against ChatGPT guidelines. I only use the app for work and personal research. I also did not share my account login with anyone. I recently subscribed to ChatGPT plus, I don't know if this could be a reason for the error.

Please please, I would appreciate any help fixing the error. My account email is zeusreactor @ gmail . com
I hope this can be resolved soon. I have a lot of valuable information saved in my account.

Also, If it is seen that I did do something wrong. I would appreciate if it could be pointed out to me, so I can be aware and make sure it does not happen again. Thank you.

I fixed this by disabling VPN

i have the exact same problem

they keep blocking my account. maybe because i use it from different places, but that's because i work remotely
