I was subscribed to the Plus version until two days ago. It now shows I'm on the Free Subscription tier and I have no payment methods or billing history when clicking on "Manage my subscription". I tried logging in again but the issue persists. Is this a known issue? What can I do to solve it? Thanks!

I have this issue as well. I had a couple of days where the access was slow/inconsistent. Today I logged in without issue, but the generation of responses is painfully slow. When I went to check which GPT version I was using, I saw it has me on the free tier, where previously I was a subscriber (and have paid!).

This seems to be a known issue and they aren't going to fix this. Resubscribe, risk not being able to use ChatGPT plus service. Or you can subscribe to 3rd party service and pay for API

So interestingly enough, after I looked into my billing history, I saw where I was previously charged for Plus, then refunded (no idea why) and still had plus for about two weeks after I was refunded. So I just resubscribed. Not sure what is up with that, but at least I didn't pay for services I didn't receive.
