I cannot use GPT4 for several days now. It always gives me the "Something went wrong" error. GPT3.5 is working on the other hand. Disabling Adblock, VPN, switching browsers etc. does not work. I am paying plus membership

While changing nothing (NordVPN also disabled), if you spam "regenerate response" it will eventually work. Therefore I guess it is some server issue or similar, not a user issue.

My account is also not working on my Windows laptop anymore, the error "Something went wrong..", but the same account is working just fine on another Mac and my phone. i tried deleting cookies/cach, i tried different browser, with/without VPN, nothing works. anyone is facing the same problem?

my solution for now will be spamming regenerate response. in the screenshot you can see that the first prompt was regenerated 9 times and the second one 3 times.

me too, since I subscribed to chaat gpt plus, it no longer works for me, with any model. always the same error "Something went wrong" , no longer generates any response of any kind

Changing the browser to Firefox now works for me. I have never used any VPN so it wasnt that for me. Any browser based on Chromium (Chrome, Edge etc) are throwing the error
