So I'm experiencing the same bug so many seems to have on https://chat.openai.com/

  • After prompting you get an error message: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
  • Tested on Brave and Edge.
  • Disabled plugins
  • Tried on safe mode
  • This is the 3rd or 4th day the same error appears every time
  • Chat works on mobile
  • Playground works normally

Solved the issue. I turned off the NordVPN Web protection and ChatGPT became responsive again.

thanks, had same issue with Avast now. Added exception for chatGPT and it works now
