I get the message "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com. " in the browsers edge and Chrome. I need a solution

Changing the browser to Firefox now works for me. I have never used any VPN so it wasnt that for me. Any browser based on Chromium (Chrome, Edge etc) are throwing the error
