No matter what I type into the text box, whether it is as simple as "Hi", it keeps saying "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help centre at help.openai.com."
I have tried using incognito browser, a different account and have tried on 3 consecutive different days and I keep facing the same problem. I am also a chat gpt plus subscriber and am facing the same issues with GPT 3.5 and 4. I am using google chrome on windows 11.

I think I have now solved the issue which was caused by Nord VPN threat protection software

I turned off web protection from my VPN
