Hi, I'm using the chat completion API via the GPT3.5 Turbo model and I noticed they got a LOT slower than normal. It's like 1/5 of the speed of ChatGPT Plus. Any reason why? Was the API nerfed? Users are reporting longer than expected wait times and much slower speed on our app too.
