The likely meaning is that you have multiple accounts in different organizations. Do you have more than one account?

When you signed up on the waiting list, you put down your own email. The sign-up form does not connect to your OpenAI account, last I looked.
Therefore, it goes by whatever you put down on the form, so if you put down the org ID of another account, they will still send the email to whatever email you put on the form
