Slightly over the past few weeks and most noticeably today, GPT4's capabilities seemed to be significantly nerfed but the response rate is now significantly faster. These include simple Q&A, prompt answering, discussions and code generation/understanding. I understand the importance of context and I have not been slacking off on my prompts. Searching that, I have encountered multiple reddit posts where users have encountered this suspected degradation in quality.
