Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

Login to chat.openai.com (directly)

now it opens the main view what is stuck in loading screen for ever

Expected result:

For it to load properly and if it session is rate limited to try again after some time and for it to tell you that the session is rate limited and that as soon as the rate limit is lifted your page will auto reload and work again

Actual result:

Stuck in loading screen for ever

OS: Windows 10
