I keep running into the message below, but it is intermittent. Works for awhile, then I get blocked. There is nothing specifically wrong with what I am sending since it does work sometimes, and then the exact same content gets blocked at other times.

Anybody else have this problem or ideas about a solution?

We have the same problem for about 2 weeks now. Several times a day, intermittently. We analyzed all requests, checked JSON, nothing suspicious was found in them. And this integration on a working project, end users suffer... OpenAI support hasn't responded for 2 weeks. Anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

Looks like misconfigured cloudflare on the OpenAI server side.

Cloudflare isnt misconfigured on their end, your IP address may be from a e-volatile region or may have been blocked by cloudflare in the past or other security providers

#

It may be a good idea to contact your ISP to ask them why you're getting blocked this way

#

You can also try using a separate browser and chrome window and also try logging in from a different location to see if it allows you

Kaveen, thank you very much for your advice!
However, it is of little use in my case and in the case of svpandae. Firstly, we do not use any browsers, we use the provided OpenAI API, the request is made from our Back-End server. Secondly, my IP, from which requests are made, is located in the USA, belongs to one of the TOP-3 hosting companies, and it has been repeatedly checked against all IP blacklist databases and services - it is not there. Thirdly, if an IP address were blocked, it would be blocked all the time. But we have a response about blocking comes to 1 request, and 20-50 normal responses.

I already have a hypothesis that OpenAI thus balances the load of its servers?
