#locked out for six weeks as a paying customer; support is a ghost

hi, it's been a month and a half that i've been asking support to help me, because after that outage, my password stopped working, and i can't get password reset emails. you continue to charge me, but after six weeks, nobody has responded to support chat, twitter, email, and there's no phone number. what do i do?

hey @tiny wasp I understand how incredbly frustrating this might be, OAI is working on improving its support which is currently absurdly overwhelmed as a result of the unexpected success. I would encourage you to email support@openai.com again.
I usually would not suggest that but since it has been a lot of time since your first contact attempt, it may be a good idea to send another email to at least signal that it wasn't an issue that solved itself with time.
The support do reply the emails eventually and you will be able to get though with time.

also, the https://help.openai.com/ has a chat which although is mostly a FAQ serach helper, it will also get you to a support team member if you wait them to reply your message

since you are apparently locked out of your account, maybe it is a good idea to go through the ways of the refund process to get a hold of a support team member
