"Forgot Password" option is not working!!! | OpenAI | Page 1

After I opened ChatGPT after a quite time, it has shown a alert similar to like this: "You have been logged out! Try logging in again...". But while logging in I found out that I had forgotten my password and I also had not saved in the browser 😔. So I click "Forgot Password" and it asked for the e-mail ID to retrieve password. I entered the correct e-mail ID, but I have not got any e-mail from OpenAI regarding making new password. I also tried "resend email" many times. It has been half an hour and still I had not any such email 😤.

Dear OpenAI guys, can you please look into this!

i've been unable to get a reset password email for almost six weeks, as a paing customer. support doesn't seem to respond

I have the same problem with email address @fallow ravine.com.
