Hi, I'm using a valid api key in my project and I haven't reached the maximum quota (screenshot below).
I tried to generate a new API key (it doesn't change anything) and I also waited (it doesn't change anything).
I noticed that my credit expired on April 1, 2023, how can I renew it knowing that I haven't reached the limit?

It was the same with me, I think I had created the account to test the DALL-E and the credits expired even before using it. The solution I used was to simply switch to a paid account (if someone from OPENAI doesn't have a solution for this, maybe this is the only option).

I just switched to a paid account and pay as I go (if you are using chatgpt 3.5 in your tests it's pretty cheap 0.002 U$/750 words, but if it's gpt-4 it can be quite expensive). But I believe that if they don't have a solution for expired credits, the solution is to switch to a paid account.
