I believe there is a bug with phone number verification in creating a second account. https://platform.openai.com/onboarding?app=chat I read in FAQ that two accounts are allowed to be linked under the same phone number. I would like to do this to have a work and personal account. However when onboarding with my second account I get blocked at phone number verification. The error text suggests that I should contact support at help.openai.com which I did but have not received a response after several days. Wondering if this is a bug with the onboarding flow or just something wrong with my specific account?
