Blocked as if I was in Italy

Hi,
I traveled 2 weeks ago to Italy where ChatGPT is currently blocked. However now I'm back in France but I still land on the page stating that ChatGPT is blocked as if I was still based in Italy. I deleted browser cache and cookies as mentioned in the help center but still blocked. Could you please help me solve this? Thanks
