Account deactivated with no reason

So i was using chatgpt one day and on the same day i got logged out and couldnt log in without getting an error that im using the wrong authentication method even tho i logged in with it on the same day. One day after i tried again but this time it said my account was banned due to violation of the content policy or terms without even receiving a warning or anything. And to reactivate my account in case its an error i have to use the Dall E option at the support and then navigate to Banned User Appeal but this option doesnt even exist at the support site. Any help?
