ChatGPT never loads, never replies, can't create new chat

Bug Report

Steps to reproduce:

go to chat.openai.com

log in

Expected result:

I should be able to actually use the app

Actual result:

I can not use the app at all doesn't matter what I try
Aditional information:
Browser: chrome

please try turning VPN's and Proxies off, also try using the Firefox browser and also try using your mobile device with mobile data

all I had to use was restart and now it works...

my situation is as same as yours. I check the console, there is a error message with the code 429, the detial is 'Too Many Requests in 1h', but I did not use it today.
