Hello! I reached out to the sales team and am having trouble getting ahold of anyone there. I am building a healthcare SaaS based on GPT-4 and need to discuss an enterprise agreement along with HIPAA Compliance and a BAA agreement. Someone suggested I reachout in discord.

So here goes! If anyone can help me with this or is having the same problem please let me know

I don't think they'd take the liability of signing a BAA at this point, honestly. I think you're better off running a local model

They won't sign a BAA at this point, contact them directly though I'm not 100% sure, it's best to run a local model like @gray atlas said

yeah I think the BAA would have to come through azure but you need to be enrolled into Azure OpenAI

  • OpenAI’s platforms should not be used to triage or manage life-threatening issues that need immediate attention.

if the product you are building does not fall into that case, it should be fine, but be sure to take a look at the usage policies
