Tried filling in the Rate Limit request form at https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/overview but have not heard back from anyone for weeks. Also have some specific questions about data processing agreement which requires talking to a human, but my e-mail was redirected to a chatbot.
How do I get the attention of an actual human at OpenAI?
