No safety checks on binary to Language.

When some amount of text is needed to be translated from one language to another, it does safety checks. Apparently that's not the case for binary to some language.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Ask to convert something inappropriate from binary to English.

Expected Result :

1. As an AI language model, I cannot convert harmful or inappropriate content.

Result :

1. Converts it.

Using gpt 3.5 turbo model
