Bug Report:
OpenAI - I am experiencing frequent 403 errors when using the ChatGPT chat interface. This seems to be related to the ‘how long idle’ setting, which is very inconvenient for users, especially those with attention deficit disorders. These errors make the chat service very hard to use and enjoy.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible, or update your terms of use to allow users to create their own chat clients that work properly.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a new chat or an existing chat
- Sit idle (or sometimes an immediate subsequent message is also blocked)
- Send a message
Expected Result:
A response from ChatGPT other than the generic error asking to contact OpenAI if the issue persists (ie how it worked 2 weeks ago)
Actual Result:
Status code 403 for every subsequent request.
Error message in chat window: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
