Hi I’m trying to connect my credit card to my account for API usage, but it failed many times. I also tried other cards but also got declined. The credit card I’m using is issued at US, BoA. I have confirmed with the bank that the card has no problem. Could you provide suggestions or help me check the account?

@hearty totem Welcome 🙂 Also I have this problem almost 1 month. Still openai did not fix this problem. And nobody answer from chat , from email or from discord.

you need to email support@openai.com or use the chat bot in the bottom right of https://help.openai.com and choose "Ask Question"

I also have been having this issue - I have tried cards from 3 different banks and they all get declined. I've contacted my banks as well and they they don't see any attempted transactions on their end. I would really like to use the API and have no way of doing so! I've contacted OpenAI help and never have received a response. Any help is appreciated!

Solved by retrying again after 5 hours, changing the network environment and logging in through another laptop

wow you're right... I changed the network i was connected to and tried it from a different device and it worked! Silly I didn't try that earlier... thanks!
